THIS was my weekend project. It’s a pieced quilt using what I call SuperStrata cut on the diagonal and pieced into a simple design.  Not quilted yet….but you get the idea. For now I’m calling it Garden Tropics but that might change.  It doesn’t have that “just right” ring to it yet!

You know how I love quilts of all kinds to have a blended, colorful look….and I think this one hits the mark on that.  I’m really pleased with it and love the green in the border fabric. The funkier the green the better as far as I’m concerned….and I love all greens!

There is a plan for  this quilt…..but the details are yet to come. I like having a little mystery going…..I will keep  you posted, but for now enjoy looking.  Here’s a detail of the piecing.
